I'm currently using a 5mbps unifi line.. If I'm going to upgrade, is there any promotion? and do I need to re-new my contract or I can just continue with my current one means I can terminate anytime near future?

got some question....as informed by my friend, after your contract full 2years, if you call unifi, they will be giving you a new router/modem that'll uncapped your internet speed....is this true??

I apply as VIP5 at 1st then upgrade to VIP10 but never change my router/modem......am I doing it wrong??

Was offered the 10mbps upgrade for rm169. Did not take it.

what the...am a user of RM179 package and even after the price reduction I'm still paying the same price  inclusive of GST, that's RM190, better don't cut the price at all

i didn't notice my unifi speed has been upgraded from 5mbps to 10mbps until my brother told me.

the speed is sh*t and whenever i do speedtest, it couldn't reach up to 5mbps..

are u using stock modem?i think if they just ws facebook twitter stuff no problem..my family also nobody heavy downloader just youtube/stream .... how are ur family usage?

I have been always in the shadows of the lowyat forums to look for solutions to my daily problems but never have I been prompted to create my own account until today.
The problem is, for the pass week, my UNIFI 10 has been giving me problems.
The speed averages at 3-5mbs but it always gets disconnected after using it for a few minutes. I have to restart my pc in order to get it back to normal again. Playing games are out of the question. I unstable pings on GTA V and Dota 2  ( as high as 2000 ping ) .
I just called them , and they gave me that same old bullshit advice that they will reset it from their side , yade yada yaaaa bullshit... and that they will send over a technician to check the servers at my condo in Kl. I was so pissed off that i wanted to apply for maxis by today but after reading about Maxis, i thought no way in hell will i dig my own grave deeper by doing so. Anyone here knows the fix or have been experiencing similar experiences ? My area in Taman Seputeh KL.

btw heres an update.  I called them at 7 ish am in the morning and they gave me a reference number to refer to. I didnt expected much, they said they will send a technician by 24 hours. To my surprise, i got a call at 10.10 am and the technician told me that they were at my place. So i came back home by 30 mins and they did proceeded to check my connection. After inspecting everything, they came to a conclusion that my modem was faulty and they changed to a new one. Then they checked everything again and informed me that everything should be fine . I then proceded to check my pc ( downloads and such ) , everything was back to normal, infact it was a little faster than before. Previously i could reach 1mb max dl speed on steam, this time around i was hitting 1.2mbs . I have to admit it , this time around TM really did surprise me and they deserve a round of applause   

sure can, the powerline adapter can separate two sets, if not mistaken just pair one set first, then unplug, pair the second set, two sets will talk to their own partner
