the TM logo on my Unifi modem keeps flickering, all other labels do not light up as well. only the TM logo is flickering. I am able to connect to wifi, but shows 'no internet access'. Is this modem problem?

guys, i just switched from unifi (5mbps) to maxis (10mbps) today..
starting around 8pm i am getting very slow internet (browsing/torrent), http://www.speedtest.net tells me my ping is a whooping 51ms and download average around 5mbps and upload 8mbps. is this normal for maxis? i never had such low ping on unifi all these years before. is there a config on my maxis modem that i can perform? or call maxis perhaps? like your thoughts on this. thanks!

why do business must use such divisive tactics - "one day on promo", different rates for "selected" customers, packages that overlap each other and/or inconsistent, secretive direct calls etc?

just come out with one standard fare for all ...just be honest and straightforward cannot? or is this a reflection of the kind of ills facing the country?

if i don't have unifi hardcopy bill, can i make payment with pejabat pos?

They use unifi backbone, speed is same as unifi.

but if their on same network, how come got internet issues with maxis :/ i don't understand. how come performance not as good as tmnut unifis ?

Hi guys, i'm wondering if anyone here can help me. I've upgraded to VIP 10 from VIP 5 but somehow the speed is still VIP 5. I'm using Linksys e4200 router and I don't think it matters. I've called them and they are coming to my place to have a look this weekend. I believe there's nothing I as a consumer can do from my end right??? I mean the upgrade thing only TM can do it right??
