Just came back from TMPoint, restarted router and bam upgrade completed to UniFi 30.



First speed test result, download seems good, ignore the upload speed as my router QoS is limiting it.

By the way guys, there are some revisions to the price if you're taking Ruby HyppTV package.

UniFi 30 + Aneka or Varnam HyppTV = RM199 (excl GST)
UniFi 30 + Ruby HyppTV = RM209 (excl GST)

I think TMPoint just got this memo on the revision, end up taking Aneka only since it won't really matter as I don't watch HyppTV.

When doing a speed test, does the speed burst up to 50mbps and then slowly comes back down?

Then most likely the issue is on TM's side. Downstream still capped I think.
