I'm in PJ and it is hard to believe that it is not in the coverage.

Before you rush in to call UniFi’s customer service hotline though, do note that these new UniFi 30Mbps packages are only available Bangsar, Damansara Utama, Kepong, Menara TM, Puchong, Serdang, Shah Alam, dan USJ Taipan at this moment. Furthermore, the 50Mbps add-on can only be applied to low-rise buildings.

Not sure if this is still valid because there are people on this thread getting calls even they are in Penang and Miri.

Looks like I will need to visit TM Point soon.

I lazy download these days, only stream. Using 10Mbps, I wouldn't mind to pay for 30Mbps.
Whichever reseller reads this and if you can offer to upgrade my existing package, please contact me.

No IPTV, no free calls are so very much appreciated.

I applied through a reseller I found on this forum or just Google those reputable ones, I cannot recall how I did it. My submission was done via WhatsApp.
Within few hours got confirmation email from TM and they selected nice fixed line no. for me which looks identical to my mobile no.
Then, I even got free first month.
I find it more efficient than me walking into the TM point or any other method.

I remembered I applied on Monday and I was given a choice for installation on Wednesday or Thursday but I chose Saturday as I was working on weekdays.
In less than a week.

Straight UniFi lo. Streamyx's upload speed is rather pathetic. 2Mbps can't stream proper HD video these days.
My sister is in Seremban and her next taman has UniFi but not hers. Now just on 4Mbps, she said if still no improvement will settle for 8Mbps Streamyx.

Still unlimited. So many people using should go for at least VIP10.
I'm using VIP10 all by myself, planning to upgrade to 30Mbps when I receive upgrade offer from TM.

I have asked rhos question before, it's due to your billing doesn't start from 1st of the month.
For e.g. Mine is every 16th so when April statement came, it only charged from 16.04-15.05.
Last month statement they have "ganti" the missing period from 01.04-15.04. Just one time only, hope this explains.

I just noticed I have received the email from TM today about upgrading to 30Mbps. Anybody else? I'm not sure it's a blast email to all subscribers.

These days I stream YouTube 1080p content and sometimes buffer, is this normal for a 10Mbps line?
Or something wrong with my laptop?

Run Speedtest is more than 10Mbps but less than 11Mbps.

If I were to take up the 30Mbps package, will the 5Mbps affect my streaming experience? I supposed no?

I think those were super early UniFi adopters, I think those days have no HyppTv, so now just continue with this basic package?
