Didn't ask, tried it before but felt it was too large for my liking.

That's the service box la, thats how rolex ship your watch to the ADs, separately from the presentation box.

There are many shops selling Rolex in HK, are they cheaper compared to KL? Thanks.
*
Nope, if you're talking about the popular steel pieces. I think no also even if you are talking about the unpopular ones...

There are many shops that sell Rolex here too, just you gotta pay premium just like in HK or Japan.

how to I get a rolex at MSRP nowadays? for professional models

Spend lo. If you drop like 300-500k, you can probably get a daytona within a month or so.

I was in the CBD ones, THG and WoS. Displays weren't as sparse as the ones in KL when I was back a few months ago, but it's the usual PM/TT DJs only.
Find it hard to believe that you can't even get hold of SS DJs now.
*
Still got around la... But surprisingly, the non-fluted / oyster one was available, but the one I wanted (fluted / jubs) don't have .. must wait ...

The other way round for me, came across a few with fluted bezel and jubiless in KL AD when I'm looking for the smooth bezel with oyster.

Poison a bit... It really didn't capture me at all so a big pass lol

Wow where is this? The dial does look good!

Starhill AD.

Dial is good, I'm just not a fan of the non-fluted / oyster on the DJ, I feel its a mismatch of sorts. If its the OP, it will look stunningly hansem to me.

Haha I hold the opposite view. I feel the fluted bezel blings the watch too much. The non fluted bezel gives the watch an understated and discrete look which I prefer. All in the eyes of the beholder! Lucky for us I guess as there's one less competitor in the current market climate  =b
*
Oh ya, like I said, OP with the non-fluted and oyster is a perfect beater.

DJ with the cyclops, needs that bling. But yea, good thing for us lol... still have to patiently wait to spend 30k doh.gif

I'm guessing that was DJ36?

Looking at the DJ41 instead, the jubilee + fluted combo didn't capture my heart as well, might consider oyster + flueted though hehe

Buy 4 datejust. You'll likely get offered within a certain time frame.

This is true story laugh.gif

Batman is 1k more expensive I think for the RRP compared to Sub-date.

Still regret not buying my friend's batman for 40k back then. Now it's extra premium already  bangwall.gif

Nowadays see spend d bro.

250k or so will see you go up the list fast. You don't even need to buy DJ, just buy whatever AD's in house brand that they have high margin on.

One fella spent 500k on a Moser got himself a Daytona within a month.

Yeah well, most AD only have datejust in stocks anyways laugh.gif

And if I need to spend 500k to get a Daytona, I rather buy from outside  tongue.gif

nice!
berapa? can share ur lobang?
*
My lobang is I randomly walking around Turkey and went into a Rolex AD asking for Subs or DJs. They didn't have any but had this. So ambik jer la.

Should be around 13k ish after refunds and discounts.

If you wanted the BB58, should have told me earlier. My local dealer did have one, but I pass over it before sweat.gif

Current price in MY should be around 14-15k depending on mark up / discount, plus of course the waiting period here.
