Yes, can check the toll rate here.. You pass 2 tolls, but only charged once..

Ecohill link is an alternative for commuting in and out during peak hour. If you are not traveling during peak hour, you still can use the current Jalan Semenyih. Yes, a little longer time and a number of traffic lights. You still have a choice.

in semenyih, tasik kesuma....under HTC...lol.... but the design is 10x better than parkland semenyih....i still can't accept red roof with yellow wall, glass door without wooden door.....haiyoooo..i know parkland is cheap so can't asking much...but i believe design is more to creativity rather tha just about cost

where can find show house with almost same size like parkland rinching? wanna see how they do the interior design

no...it's teratai.....but if have to renovate many, better buy others..

the yellow change to grey also nice ady lo...yellow cheaper color ....

this teratai is deeper inside... maybe aproxx +-2km off jalan semenyih.... tis parkland is just few hundred meters inside off jalan semenyih and about +-5.5km to take lekas using ecolink

all is trade off lah.... if wana get all as wished, price will be not as wished

parklands@beranang 20x65 price last time, nice design+beautiful, but now that price can get 18x60 simple design parklands@rinching....

let say price dont go up, but sure house become simpler and smaller... that the way forward now...

so if price keep on go higher, gettin new affordable landed in semenyih itself will be difficult... maybe can find nice design old subsale landed if new too high priced...
