Effective rate@4.44%
MRTA
Full flexi
Any recommendation for Flexi Loan?  hmm.gif  hmm.gif CIMB? PBB? Affin? Any difference?
*
MRTA "compulsory" for such rate? Still imposing RM 10/month as processing for Full flexi?

My flexi loan is with CIMB (for other project), so far so good..

I need to check with the Affin Banker 1st about the product before sign LO.  rclxub.gif

Yes, talk to your banker about the loan comprehensively.. IF you taking the full flexi loan, ask whether it is fully flexi - such as can withdraw the excess money any time, any amount using cheque or online transfer, and should be no charges.

Lol.. Bought a few only lah... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Yes, full flexi so far the best for those who have excess money, coz can dump in to reduce interest, if need to use the money can cash out easily.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Ecohill link to Sungai Long got 2 routes:

1.) Ecohill link > Lekas (RM 1.10) > Silk (twin palm - RM 1.00) > Sungai Long

2.) Ecohill link > Lekas (RM 1.10) > Kajang-Semenyih Bypass > Sungai Long

Depending on which route you are using nia.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

i see...from semenyih to KL: 3 tolls.....Lekas+twin palm + sg long (grand saga)= RM3.10
*
There are many routes from Ecohill link to reach KL. If you asking about the cheapest route, it would be:

Ecohill link > Lekas (RM 1.10) > Semenyih-Kajang Bypass > Cheras-Kajang Highway (RM 0.90 Batu 11 toll) > Jalan Loke Yew > KL.

Ya ecolink will connect to semenyih toll, from semenyih to kajang toll rm1.1, very short distance.
*
Yeah, Semenyih toll to Kajang Selatan toll is very short distance, but after Kajang Selatan Toll, all the way till the interchange to Silk highway, is considered Lekas as well. The distance from Semenyih toll till the end of Lekas before reaching Silk or Cheras-Kajang Bypass would be around 5km. brows.gif brows.gif

Semenyih-Kajang Bypass <----this one very far sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
*
Lol... Semenyih-Kajang bypass very far? In terms of distance, it is about same if you opt twin-palm silk route. Semenyih-kajang bypass just more traffic and there is a traffic light at the Saujana Impian junction.

Generally, it takes around 10 minutes from the silk interchange to Batu 11 toll using the Kajang-Semenyih bypass, most likely just about 1-2 minutes extra if you are using the twin-palm sungail long silk. Don't forget to connect to the Grand Saga from Silk need to pass through the trunk road in front of Taman Rakan, which has a few traffic lights and prone to traffic jam nowadays.

I have been travelling to KL quite frequent and it's very rare for me to use twin palm Silk. I only will use it when I want to go to Sungai Long since it is more direct.

really???

semenyih kajang bypass is the road from semenyih to kajang through billion, bandar teknologi kajang... and penjara kajang then turn to cheras kajang highway???

this one is very jam because got many traffic lights. icon_question.gif
*
Lol... That's not Semenyih-Kajang bypass, the route you mentioning still Jalan Semenyih. laugh.gif

Semenyih-Kajang Bypass is starting from Lekas, after Lekas you will pass through Kajang Perdana, TTDI Groove, Penjara Kajang, Saujana Impian, Tesco Kajang and then connect to Cheras-Kajang.

Semenyih-Kajang bypass is two-lanes road, with only one traffic light in front of Saujana Impian...

*
As I said before, Semenyih-Kajang Bypass is starting from Lekas, after Lekas you will pass through Kajang Perdana, TTDI Groove, Penjara Kajang, Saujana Impian, Tesco Kajang and then connect to Cheras-Kajang higway.

After you reach Tesco Kajang, you actually reach the starting point of Cheras Kajang Highway..

Lol... Jalan Sungai Lalang is only single lane road... pretty bad access... Don't go that area much, unless want to go to makan in Fish Valley. Yeap, Mansion 88 is beside a Malay cemetery... sweat.gif

I would recommend you explore Broga area better... brows.gif brows.gif

Yeah, helicopter crash, but that area is pretty near to Nirvana already... Pity..

This is Ji Gong Temple I suppose, btw what is The Garden?
*
It's a housing project..

If along Sungai Lalang, should be the Clover homes, not The Garden.

The Garden is near to Kajang East, in Semenyih Mewah...

If you travel in Sungai Lalang, you will first notice Mansion 88 on your left, and not far away you will notice clover homes on your right...

sg lalang location is very goog but bad infrastructure....1 lane road, malay reserved land???
*
During the peak hour when people going back from Haneco industrial estate, really no eye see... doh.gif doh.gif

Not sure if it is Malay reserved land, but it's mostly kampung... Not many Semenyih folks want to go there due to bad access..

A lot of chaotic industrial factory along the road, especially main entrance..

Can exit at Tmn Hiew Piow if you back to KL/Sg Long/Kajang, save you time for traffic light facing mosque. The cars can go out when Sunway Semenyih traffic light turn red.

Btw there is a famous nasi lemak stall in Tmn Hiew Piow.
*
Yeah, can use Desa Mewah or Taman Aik Ann internal taman road to avoid the traffic light in front of mosque. However, all these roads are taman road, turn here turn there and alot of bump as well, people don't like to use..

Haha that road I mentioned actually save time and mileage if go to KL, better lesser driver use it if I am the resident there.
*
Lol... okay, as a matter of fact not many people using it too. If come out from Sunway Semenyih still okay, coz got traffic light, but if coming out from taman aik ann, it will take long time to come out coz the traffic along Jalan Semenyih is congested. Used to see people want to come out already, but the driver along Jalan Semenyih still don;t want to give way, nearly accident... doh.gif

actually the longer sunway semenyih red traffic light, the easier car come out from Tmn Hiew Piow /Aik Ann.
*
Oh, what I mean is the car from Sunway Semenyih to come out need to wait fairly long at the traffic light.

During peak hour, a lot car drivers just stopping their car on the Taman Aik Ann junction and blocking the car coming out, since that juction yet to have any traffic light.
