clog as in the bubbles is not fine anymore or no bubble at all?

if the bubbles is not fine, try open ur co2 regulator slightly wider for 1-2sec, to open the ceramic pores(dont open too wide, sked the ceramic break, just enough so that alot of bubbles come from ur diffuser)then adjust accordingly.

if no bubble at all, idk

i've never use H2O2. but based on my readings, they said 10% can clean the stains.

if it's not algae, i don't think H2O2 would help. try kurangak's method. if might help.

i dunno whether air pump can supply enough pressure to make gas go thru the diffuser or not, but iinm it cant

use tube as extension, then blow blow using mouth lor.. that's what i do

Did you scrub the ceramic? under no circumstances, you should scrub the ceramic even with the thinnest bristle.

I learned my lesson last time. Ceramic diffuser became a stone bubble.

Noted on 35%~40% water change.

Will try its again.
