Would changing the cat's daily brand causes the cat to lose interest/appetite?

I ran out of RC, so gave him whiskas. but seems he didn't eat any. it has been for over 48hours now. as a result, he also poop very less.

Tried giving him wet food too, but he doesnt eat it too. And yes, i am concern about the length he has gone without eating. How long can a cat generally live without eating?

That, and how much does it usually cost for vet consultation?

Because my cats love to sun bathing at the blacony and now they are brave enough to walk on the railing (my apartment is at the 8th floor)
They walk so leisurely but it freak me out

Plua i use the double-sided tape and it work temporarily together with keep-it-off spray and still no affect on them

Wanna to get some opinion from you guys. Currently my kittens are having RC, but when they grow up, I'm thinking to swap their adult food to Blackwood. Is it a good idea? The reason of changing the brand is based on this study over google --> http://www.reviews.com/cat-food/

Any cat expert here? I changed cat food 3 month ago then suddenly my cat started shedding like crazy. I thought it was because of the food. Changed back but still the same. I tried hair and coat type food also no change. Her hair now not that shiny and on her back near the tail, the hair got like someone put gel on top. Bathed her weekly. Brush almost daily. Didnt change at all. Any advice? Now even after brushing, if i pet her my hand will be full of hair.

is it normal for a cat to hang out or lying down in bathroom most of the time?

I have 8 months old Scottish Fold mix here,when we first got him I bought a pet bed for him and placed it in living room which became his favourite spot to sleep.

but starting last few months,I found him lying in our bathroom in first floor. He didn't do anything,just lying near toilet seat. This usually happen during daytime because after dinner (around 7pm) he's back to his bed again. That's his new routine now and as first time cat owner,should I be worried?

guys..my cat really love this spot..im on the 1st floor btw..yeah we all know cat can survive high fall..but from where this cat was adopted, he has no experience in the outside world, so i keep overthinking the phrase "curiosity killed the cat" each time i see him there..we prefer to open the window for better ventilation but not with the cat lepak there..



personally i would love to introduce him to the outside world, but need to wait for his vaccination 1st since he has a fungal infection now and on recovery period..
any thought?.

Speaking of kidney stones and UTI, for some reason cats on premium grain-free dry food like Orijen, Acana, Wellness Core tends to get UTI more often than cats on "average" food like Royal Canin.

Can anyone clarify this? I have few friends with cats on Orijen and Wellness Core that they say gets UTI more often. Is it due to the higher protein content?

Hi, do we have any sort of cat community spay program or something like that in KL. I have some strays with lingers at my house. Since they are there, my family takes care of them, feeding etc. There is currently 6 kittens and about 4-5 adults hanging about our house which we are feeding daily in addition to the 4 cats already in our house. I recently noticed the mother is pregnant again, 4 months since the last one. Would like to catch and spay these cats if possible. Don't mind taking of them but would like to prevent there being too much until the point where it might bother my neighbours. Any idea where I can do this cheaply since there's quite a number of them.

Hi all cat lovers! I need some tips/suggestions,

I started to adopt a stray kitten when moving in my current place as it sticks with us a lot and mummy cat seems to dislike it.
It's been almost a year now and recently I received complain from agent/housemates because of the cat Duhhh

So while I'm looking for another unit to rent (ps. ping me if you know one around area bandar sunway) I have few concerns that need to address when move out:

1. The cat poo outside at the garden (it stays indoor when I'm back from work but day time outdoor roaming around the street).
I will move to a condo most probably, so the excrement will be a big problem as it no longer can run around outdoor.
How can I train it to use the cat litter and where should I start with?

2. How can I ensure the transition from landed to apartment unit goes well for him? I'm concern that he will not get used to it, get stress and start meowing a lot 

Any of u using powercat food? Its cheap and grade as human grade food. Not by product. Can give some review?

Currently using blackwood, but for some reason my cat dont eat much as last time. So I wanna mix the blackwood with other brand of cat food.

My cat eye is clouded one side recently. Went to the vet clinic to check but they couldnt identify the eye problem and  they gave antibiotic and eye ointment. now past one week and eye still clouded. Any advise to which vet should i bring to check my cats eyes?  Possibly around kl will do. TQ

They gave me Kloraxin eye ointment.

Usually now I'll soak the kibbles for roughly around 20mins then mix with some wet food.

My kitten now I think it's roughly around 5 or 6 weeks.. usually per meal it eat how much ya?
