QUOTE(spunkberry @ Jun 9 2011, 10:43 PM) two of my cartilage piercings were done with a gun, in Malaysia ... and another one was done by needle in the US Spunkberry, does it hurt more using a needle, cause of the slower process, where the needle is like sticking inside the ear, then the fellow will insert the earring.....cause gun is like, within seconds, everything is done. I have one friend who did nose piercing with gun, another friend with needle. I thought of having it done with needle, but so far can't locate any shop using needle. So, I actually thought of going for the gun....... Anyway, Conch piercing looks cool...but I doubt my curiousity will lead me there... |

nope it doesn't hurt more with the needle. it only hurts like an ant bite the moment the needle pierces your skin, then nothing.

i dont know if anyone posts in this thread anymore but i was wondering how long it would take for a tragus piercing to heal? I've just gotten mine yesterday with a gun and it didn't hurt anymore after an hour.. i could sleep with it also (lying on the piercing side) .. but i've done searches on google telling me it would take 5 days for it to stop hurting and 8 weeks to heal ?
plus, the tragus ring does not have a stopper at the back or something? out of curiousity i was pushing it just now and it almost fell out.. was expecting a stopper at the back.. is this normal? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by huiyin_hsu: Feb 16 2012, 06:35 PM |

sorry, but I was a former active member here.
Just wanted to know if anyone is interested in buying a book I bought for 60SGD. Brand new. Just wasn't what I was looking for. http://www.amazon.com/Tattoo-Bible-Various...17&sr=8-1-fkmr2 I'm willing to let it go for half the price. Cause I think it will be better off with tattoo enthusiast for inspiration or even tattoo artist for their collection. PM me interested. Price is 30SGD COD Singapore or 73MYR COD Malacca I could post it to KL but buyer must bare the posting cost. Anyone interested? This post has been edited by GiNgEr^fIsH: May 14 2012, 11:19 PM |

QUOTE(Miracles @ Mar 16 2012, 04:36 PM) You can go to Dragonfly. Just did industrial piercing and OMG it's painful. Maybe I was hungry an also the piercer messed up so ended up with 3 piercing on one sitting. It's like buy 2 free 1. Hehhe. But I think the piercer felt bad so offered me to get me a longer barbell. This is the experience of a guy with:-2 tattoos 2 earlobe piercings 1 lip piercing 2 cartilage piercings And 14 stitches on my arm (not related to body mod) hehehe I think I won't visit them anymore. Went to Borneo but they don't do piercings anymore too bad. |

Hi people. I am thinking of getting my first tattoo and I've got a few questions.
Any good tattoo studios in Penang? Does it hurt really bad if I am doing it on my arm's muscle? How much does it usually cost for a small tattoo? Not that big ones and how long does it usually take to heal? Sorry if some of my questions are a little dumb, just wanted to know before getting one. |
