Last time it's overkill to get OCed CPU for gaming, i5 4440 is enough.

It is not a true workstation GPU. It doesn't have ECC memory and I don't think it supports those pro applications that needed Quadros.

Titan II is more like for semi-pro uses. Only for CUDA.

Kinda sucks since if the application supports OpenCL, then the much cheaper HD7970 and 290 series is better
AMD never gimped the double precision compute performance too much for the gaming cards.

No overclock? 4790k usually can do 4.8Ghz.
Corsair h55 is a really cheap and good aio liquid cooler for cpus.

Old motherboard usually need BIOS update to support new CPU. Since the shop already done it once for you then no need to do it for the i5 4690 already.
Though curious why you didn't get the Xeon E3-1231 v3 instead

Now that I checked again, it seems 4790K can do 4.2Ghz turbo on all four cores or forced to 4.4Ghz on all four cores using multicore enchancements in motherboard BIOS.
