Nope. But I opened my casing. let the air flow.  tongue.gif

ill advise u to fully close the casing and let it have its own positive airflow going thru inside the case.

I'm using K350 cooler master. The this is my proc heat sink is too big. It touched my casing a bit. I guess I need to add another fan, from behind my casing.  sweat.gif

of course the case need to have at least one exhaust fan.. for your case, you can mount 2 exhaust fan at the back and top of the case, and 2 intake fan at the front and side.. make use of all the fan placement available and your case temp should be good. even my fully filtered case also need to do dust cleaning once every two months sweat.gif .. i cant imagine how people can tahan the dust problem with open case/bench setup rclxub.gif

edit: good cable management also can improve the case temp by A LOT

hmm.gif  eh By the LOOK local seller selling  Gaming Notebook/ Graphic Cards, Price increase...  GST is not only excuses now US currency hm i thought x3.8 but some how seller x4...  so i aspect price will be RM3K+  R9 390x
i agree with you on APU.. saw my buddy playing GTA V on his A10 7850K.. price he spend on it..(my i7+2 gpu+ 4k lcd cost me nearly rm 8K) make me feel like Goat with Phd... x  baa baaa haha

and yeah i also share your Skeptical price BOOST on seller threads... 6% not supposse be  16% increase... yet they got USD currency exchange.. if i count x3.8 they seem to count x4...

Very decent performance for an iGPU. Unlike the variant of Intel HD, I don't think anybody will totally ignore it. But right now it's not really viable since the price to performance still can't beat a combination of an affordable Intel i3 + any mid-tier discrete GPU at the same cost.

..actually I have a spare GTX 750Ti, GTX 970 and an i7 lying somewhere, but decided to go with APU just because I love technology and I'm sold on the concept behind it. And since i'm no longer gaming extensively, I think I just found a new setup for couple of years down the line.

DX12 will be a game changer for AMD since they push their GCN feature way long back!! this should be done few years ago but m$hit see no importance of it.

Vulkan is not Mantle, it is the next generation OpenGL with similar goals like Mantle and DirectX 12.

"Vulkan being largely based on Mantle, it could potentially give AMD an advantage over Nvidia and Intel since it knows where the proverbial bodies are buried." - PC worlds

if you look at 3D mark Draw Call Benchmark... AMD Gpu draw call is High... This give advantageous if your using Vulkan... another key point Vulkan is Mantle... in disguise.. biggrin.gif

First world problem, most people want Vulcan but don't want to give Linux a try.

Vulkan took good stuff in Mantle and keep the bad stuff away, similar to DX12.

Mantle was used to accelerate the developement of Vulkan, but it isnt Mantle per se.
