Dear Block A purchasers, the decision of canceling the RM10,000 additional works just confirmed this morning and the staff need some time to contact all purchasers about this. They won't scam your RM10,000, don't worry
*
I want my aircond back la. Aiyo what are they thinking. Now I'm the kne who will complain cause no aircond installed. Ishhhhh. Have to farn again upon VP to install all those stuffs.

You all should not just cancel like that without buyer concern, like me. At least make a voting session to see who wants and who don't want and the most votes wins. Urgh!

There should not be a discrimination between Rumawip and Block B&C owners. Rumawip is not that cheap also. Just partially subsidised.

And Rumawip buyers are just making the most of the opportunity given to them by the govt
*
basically just 10%~12% cheaper on psf.

Thinking of which, if no additional works then how about the 9k that is incorporated into the loan? Dahlah processing then like I siasia pay 9k (1k as downpayment) + 4.45% p.a. x 35 years for nothing? If say pay us back by cash when we pay the balance 5%, valid meh? It's only 23k aka 7.18% (based on 320k) downpayment only. If they just refund the 10% of the additional fees then how about the 9k that has been incorporated into the loan?

If refund 10k straight in advance, anyone at anytime can take the 10k and say cancel booking. Penalty 500 they still earn 9500.

Someone solve issues please. Don't cancel just because "some" complain. Another issue rises for those who paid, who wants, whose loan already processing. Or I missed out some parts?

Went to koiprima yesterday and oh lord I thank myself for getting the extra carpark. Looking at those people parking outside the streets.

Was at level 20 but the lorry sound next to the building can still be heard. I wonder if it will be noisy too at the light industrial area.

No one called me about the new booking form too.

based on my previous experience...

pay 10%, apply loan.

loan approve. sign and pass to lawyer firm.

after 2 week go sign..

then wait for percentage of completion and pay for progressive interest..

RHB Loan with car park financing approved with 4.5% interest + MLTA.
MBB Loan still pending for approval. They have cancelled car park financing into the home loan.
UOB Loan with car park financing still pending for approval. Only offers MRTA. Can get 4.45% interest rate.
PBB Loan without car park financing still pending for approval. Offers minimum MRTA + MLTA. Can get 4.45% interest rate.

Thinking if I should accept RHB Loan or wait for loan approval with 4.45% with MLTA. Is the interest rate important? As I heard that the interest rate will change quite frequent?
*
You can make a simulation on 4.45% 4.5% 4.55% and see how much is the difference throughout your tenure. If you are comfortable with the difference then any % doesn't affect you.

Nevertheless. It also depends on how is the bank BR + % = 4.5%. If BR drop then your rate will drop, vice versa. % remains unchanged.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
