May i know the deposit payment schedule?

Pay 10% after loan approve?

or need to pay 5% immediately?

thanks
*
In my case is 5% --> apply loan --> loan approve --> sign loan offer letter --> pay balance 5% while sign SNP. I haven't done the last step yet anyway.

*
Yeap me too. Went over to law firm to sign SPA just now since its just next door from my office. Will pay balance 5% soon and wait for loan agreement.

QUOTE(pingpang @ Aug 20 2015, 10:28 AM)
This is the normal process of buying property.
It all depends on the loan whether approve or not.
After that, if loan approved,  just follow the payment schedule.
*
Now I just wait loan agreement and wait pay only lu.

Signed my SPA today and I was dissatisfied with my side to side carpark!

Katanya side by side but end up got tiang in the middle but still have empty space for rear passengers to swing open the doors.

it's right in front the lift entrance so i think ok. blush.gif

Hi Cool_Breeze,

Thanks for your reply. I believe the lawyer would be the same. When I sign the loan agreement the bank officer said the lawyer was appointed by developer. If I am not mistaken, the law firm name is GAN & ZUL.

I guess I should call the law firm to check whether it is ready for me to sign.  hmm.gif

Edit: Speaking of the devil. Just got call from the law firm to sign the SPA tomorrow.  biggrin.gif
*
Then I should drop them a call and see if I can sign too.

went 2 days ago to the office of amber, block A still around 200++ units available. How come not laku anymore for block A that cost much more cheaper than other blocks? not many ppl eligible for rumah mampu milik?
*
my personal assumption,
- not much people can fork out 30k for downpayment
- pending for loan approval, thus consider the units as "available"?
- didn't update the chart accordingly
- whole purchasing process not completed i.e. me still waiting for loan agreement
- 1/3 of people didn't turn up for ballot on 3july as they play play saje nak try if can get rumah murah

I went last week and it's still 200+ units available. Yea, no additional parking and need to be put on waiting list.

why would there be a wailing list when there are still 200 units available? should be fully sold right?
or the units are in the waiting list itself. brows.gif
