Wierd. In my case both SA and 3 bankers say I can incorporate the additional work and carpark into my loan. But only applicable to rhb uob and MBB. Cimb pbb tarak.

I also had a night shot of the site from your angle. If not wrong should be corner of block B (like unit no10) your far left should be A. If not mistaken.

I refered back my SPA. The SPA price is RM450k + RM10k additional works in Annexure.
Maybe some banks finance the annexure while some banks not
RHB, MBB, UOB, MBSB, OCBC & Alliance Bank all can finance additional car park and additional works

i personally, tbh, don't want any. but signed up for MRTA with UOB (they insisted rclxub.gif ). MRTA is for long run and will become 0 at the end of day, no more cash value. MLTA is if you going to let go in short period of time, wil have cash value and transferable. depends on your needs luh. whistling.gif but heard friend say is not compulsory in malaysia's law. correct me if i'm wrong.

speaking of which, no wonder main entrance is to parking level4 and 2nd entrance is parking level1. if view from swimming pool, block a seems to have more "view" compared to block b? since it's higher on the right (pool)side than the left (block b, c) side. rclxub.gif

but i think high floor or low floor, as long as facing highway will be noisy? cuz i work level 25 always here those car vroom vroom vroom at 10am and beedo beedo 2-3pm and hooooonnkkk at 5-6pm doh.gif
