Hahaha..u should. Everyone i know use this if they bought a house. But becareful, if u sell that house that tag to the epf installment. U cant use this facility anymore. It is a one time thing.

I seen Soft launch 7% discount, official launch 2% discount, (balance 25 units) 1 month later zero discount + 10K up (balance 12 units), now about 6 months I checked balance unit 50K up, 2 more year to complete balanced 8 units only, expect price keep on going up.

All this while can but not so easy like now can e withdraw.

agents fees 2-3%

lawyers fees 1.5%

stamp duty maybe 1-2%

Rentention 3% , yes but if first time seller ops for exemption u no need pay for retention , individual property more than 5 years no rentention
