a) Perjanjian jual beli dibatalkan dengan "recission efftct"
b) Deposit 10% dipulangkan kepada Plaintif dalam masa 1 bulan dari perintah ini
c) segala kos perjanjia jual beli ditanggung sesama sendiri
d) kos sebanyak 10,000.00 kepada Plaintif
e) suatu registrar kaveat didaftarkan pada hartanah tersebut
f) kos kepada BBW 20,000
e) lain -lain relif

Kan saya kata dahulu, memeng dia idam idamkan Midfield2 milik Jliew, tongue.gif

Kes tersebut dibatalkan berdasarkan perkata yang tertera dibawah.

1.) Tuntutan BBW tidak sah kerana perkara tersebut
a.) Rumah Midfield2 belum disiapkan secara penuh (under construction), jadi tidak sah jika BBW menuntut bahawa rumah tersebut dianggap "defects".
b.) Tuntutan jual beli juga tidak sah kerana rumah Midfield2 masih belum VP & sebarang akitiviti jual beli tidak boleh dijalankan.
c.) Mengikut bukit pendapatan BBW yang dikemukakan oleh saksi jolokia, menunjukan bahawa BBW tidak mampu beli rumah tersebut yang bernilai RM 700 ribu..
d.) BBW juga didapati menipu dalam perkara simpanan tetap beliau yang dikatakan sejumlah RM 45 rbu + RM 200 ribu setelah siasatan yang dijalankan didapati sebahagina besar simpanan tetap bukan milik BBW, tetapi milik ibu & teman wanitannya.

setelah mengambil keterangan dari kedua dua pihak serta saksi utama, maka BBW dikenakan saman sebanyak RM 45K tunai atau boleh diganti dengan perjara mandatori 2 tahun serta 5 kali sebatan tanpa kebenaran dijamin.. rclxm9.gif

I m worried bout the economy those giant get cut payroll.. next ting is bank lehh.. borrow oil and gas money.. 1 mdb default 2 billion loan repaymebt..

other sector how oh? Payroll cut rare to happen

BS, buy prop dun keep too much cashi. If u agree tat banking sector not doin well u should buy bricks now. Dun wait for bank kantoi.

U might find a loop hole to stop paying installments when the bank tat loan u kantoi. If u hav fd there then u kantoi as well. Liddat say can boh???

In Sabah, cabotage, high land prices, high construction costs lead to property inflation. RM391K property the median price?? Really?? SO CHEAP! In KK, most new property are in the RM1Mil bracket. If every house in Sarawak is min 1 million, then 95% Sarawakian like on tree liao.. laugh.gif

Somehow i find these fellow with rich parent, better off GF & not so successful self very similar character one.
