Used arang number of times, had very very bad experience. Meats all burned out, fire up macam gila. Not really a pro in bbq arang though doh.gif I know the taste is good but firing it up, cleaning it up, washing it up damn hassle. If electric grill, more easier, fire it up, start cooking in minutes edy and cleaning also easy.

Ya thats why I recommend those kind of grill that you light up at the bottom. Idk what kind of grill is that but my buddy have one, it can fire up in around 5 minutes or less.
I think it is like gas powered charcoal or something like that.

honestly if you want to use electric grill then just use your kitchen stove better hahahha. So so much more easier.

normal arang can ad.. get the big piece only. Kedai runcit sure got sell cheaper than ace hardware
if u can afford try using Briquette most of the time.

use fire stater cubes.. cap ayam alot of hardware shop selling it. save the messy newpapers.

For the grill.. why so susah go wash. Buy from daiso big one. Once used just throw away RM5 only laugh.gif
If u want, just take some cooking oil and sapu on it. Should reduce your sticking problem

the pit? n u can buy the ready one like satay seller used.

So should i break the charcoals into small pieces or just leave them as it is? Maybe i should get a charcoal fluid lighter to ease it up on the fire faster. And i should wait right until all the charcoals gets grey color? Cause if its still black, the fire will be firing up and burn the meats............

no.. u break into small piece alot of the white ashes. Just lit it up and let it amber hot. One u see it hot enough, then just start bbq

Fluid lighter does not last long. Just get a fire stater even daiso have it. Dump the whole box it and put the arang on top

just make sure u turn often

wow u really noob at BBQ

last time i bbq using this, lagi old skool.. But because just a few person does not matter

Pakai arang kena ada skill, kalau pondan jangan guna nanti hangus...guna elektrik aje.

Arang kena jadikan bara dulu kemudian rata kan...jangan guna arang murah2 nanti asap banyak sakit mata hidung semua...sekarang banyak arang yang mahal skit, kat Ace Hardware banyak jual, lagi senang nak ignite and cepat terbakar.

Masa letak firestarter letak betol2 bawah arang2 yang dah disusun secara pyramid....dah ada api skit ambil sedikit gula dan taburkan skit...supaya senang terbakar...

Dah terbakar rata kan arang...guna kipas satay kalau arang dah menjadi bara...

Campur a bag of coal costs less than rm10

Why wanna waste money on something that u prolly gonna use less than 10 times in a year
