The cheapest GTX960 is Leadtek GTX960 RM759 from IdealTech FYI.But still, the card is similar to a reference,in which i'd say the 280 for the same price is better. hmm.gif

Heiya all, Im upgrading ma rig...need yu sifus opinion on this one please smile.gif

[Budget] : around 1.5k

[Purpose] : Mainly for gaming and movies

[Hardwares that will be re-use] : PSU (max load 520w), HDDs and peripherals

[Games & softwares that use frequently] : Mostly recent games

[Personal preferences] : intel. GPU with hdmi ( wanna use 32" tv tongue.gif ). Not planning to OC

[Location] : Selangor

So basically, its only a change in processor, mobo, ram and gpu
and one question, does it affect GPU selection...to run a full spec gaming with the tv?
if it is, I can always revert to my old monitor. Budget constraint hehe

Thanx in advance. Cheers!

That's good to hear, RM 759 will make GeForce GTX 960 ideal for it's placement.
Near RM 1000 is like lame. Same price you can get something 30% better. LOL. smile.gif

Do not skimp the PSU. Xigmatek is crap. Try Seasonic M12 II Evo 620W at RM359.

It has lower quality parts inside. Seasonic M12 II Evo has very strong +12V.
