need some suggestion for my friend.

he want i7-4790k, 32GB RAM. PSU(may add graphic card later), motherboard(at least 1 port of HDMI), doesnt need dvd rom(use usb install later), low cost casing(may replace later), SSD(128gb)

he do not need monitor, mouse, keyboard and speaker as this can use old one.

Goal: save buying cost as much as possible and power effective with not lose of any performance.

so far only have this requirement, may add some later. ty ty   

Then what is the smallest casing in the market currently?because my living room cabinets space is very limited

So mm guess i have to change the cpu and xeon does seem ideal but may i know if 3rd generation i7 still viable for gaming nowadays? don't want to buy another new board when my current still usable and i can probably get used unit to cut cost. Also my silverstone 500w won't be enough for GTX970? =(
