Bro, I'm comparing this Cybersouth which is in Dengkil with SH which is part of Semenyih, nt Bangi - both not really very far apart, maybe only abt 10km only if you check the map.

Cybersouth is nearer to BPW compared with SH.

Left a few units from RM 663k - RM 670k. Price are before rebate.

I tot MCT is doing sticker game to lure ppl only.
Any reasons why these investors buying?

Maybe for them is cheap, but for me i won't invest in this project hahaha.. it's consider dengkil for me

And CITIBANK don't finance to dengkil these kind of places Sorry no offend, just i give example of bank don't finance and i stand in their point of view i understand the reason behind of this.

That is because financial institutions know what lies 5-10 years ahead. Property investment is a 20-30 year horizon due to loan tie-in. Loan for life......

Saw someone comment at front asking if can fish.seems yes..got fishing deck at central park..@@
if dogs allow in the park it definitely add much points to this area ..just like the desa park city .could attract a lot of foreigners

Hello and hye, I have been offered a unit here,my loan already been approved and already at the end of 14 days booking period, and currently in considering either to buy or not... is it worth it for monthly repayment of around 3k per month for this unit..is it worth the investment?

Our show unit is expected to be ready by early next year.
