Because it's ex-mining land? some more land area so small, ppl prefer superlilnks lo nowadays? rolleyes.gif I think due to the gomen's measures to cool down the prop market & with GST coming next month, many buyers & investors put on hold their purchases.

To me, it's because of ex-mining land & small land area. I wonder why they still launch such small DSLs? Maximize the no. of units?

Maybe many prospective buyers are comparing it with Reo suite ma, as the price for the biggest Reo suite is around 500K also for the 9th floor I think, so many think better buy Cybersouth lo as it's landed!

Some more Reo suite occupiers have to pay for parking! doh.gif

Yes bro, it's good to go for site surveys so that you have the feel on the area. It's risky to buy here due to it being ex-mining land so it depends on how much you trust the developer.

Looking at the time they took to stabilize the hill at KH, I think they will also take quite some time to stabilize the land in Cybersouth before they can start the construction works! blink.gif
