Why respone so bad??  

In My opinion, this project is worth buying as there are not many landed property launching around cyberjaya.
1.Price is good. Still cheaper than any new condominium >1000sf launching. It is quite rare to find dsl launch below 500k.
2. Location , cyberjaya border, only 3 minutes. (Equivalent distance 16Sierra to Cyber)
3. Developer MCT , Reputable.  If i am not mistaken One City develop by MCT building in USJ, that place use to be mining area. Now it looks impressive .
It is worth investing, basically you are buying at RM 317 psf, and this is phase 1.
I book 1 unit for myself.

why nonono at that 490K 3R3B ??  

maximize the units for profit lo to cover up massive cost of land embankment and initial infra since this phase quite deep inside the township

get info from runner-  since 2 weeks ago the MCT cybersouth banner advertisement hanged on tiang lampu in Kota warisan, salak, dengkil, nilai ..but seems bad respond

if the 4R3B BU1900 DSL 20x70 at 490K at this ex-mining land will you buy??

Yesterday they said 3R3B units in Phase1 were 100% booked.  Gimmick?

I almost bought one unit of the 2R3B.  After going to the site for several times seeing a couple of ex mining lakes around, I thought I better put my money elsewhere.  I also suspect it is close to high tension cables coming through from the southern boarder of Cyberjaya but the main issue is whether the developer has proven track record on building on ex mining lakes and what sort of safety measures are in place remain unknown.  Obviously this will not be told or publicly announced since it brings more negativity than giving you a peace of mind.

Perhaps a chat with some locals there will tell you a thing or two about the history of that mining area.

18'x65' type unit all sold out. 20'x65' type left 10 unit only as per told by SA. 597k 5% rebate. Planning on placing booking on it but all unit facing south has been booked. Sigh

Scare price will start 680k for DSL 22 x 75.

Elmina price 600k for DSL 20x88 at last 2 years kena sapu all phase 1 in few hour time by SD staff.
if Senerai start below 700k, phase 1 will believe internal sapu all.

Priority booking means it allows them to push to the market multiple times, eg one is priority booking, next is soft launch, next is semi-hard launch, super-hard launch etc etc.

SDP is one pening GLC .....  do they even know they are GLC??? The first few phases of Elmina IS a reflection of its unscrupulous sale practices of enriching themselves and microcosm of privatization of national resources....  Suggest that SDP just built and sell to their own staffs in the future.
