Personally I dont like the wall which separate porch area. Less privacy when u open the main door to get out and suddenly your neighbor can be right beside you..hahahahaha

Quite a good catch if someone success to bid it below 500k, then prepare 100k more or less for renovation purpose but hopefully not huge defects that can't even fix within 100k budget

Alamak... Serenia City freehold 20x70 can get below 600k... But individual title with no clubhouse... Fenced guarded
