Back in 2019, the TnG reload promo was RM30 cashback for top-up amount of RM150
Nowadays, it's reduced to RM20 cash back for RM200 top-up.

Back the, the cashback promo were fully redeemed within few minutes past midnight

Visa Signature can take 5x for online spending which I think comes very good value.
It allow e-wallet top-up and I can accumulate the points to exchange for shopping voucher.

RM5k is too much for me, I topped up RM2000 only and hope to get RM200 cashback only. But I did play the game and won RM10 Shopee voucher though...

I just went through the CB T&C:

16. The Cashback will be awarded to the primary Eligible Cardholder only. The maximum Cashback a primary
Eligible Cardholder may receive under this Promotion is as follows:
(i) For Participating HSBC Credit Card/-i(s) cardholders, they may receive maximum one unit of RM200
or RM500 Cashback;
(ii) For Participating HSBC Debit Card/-i(s) cardholders, they may receivemaximum one unit of RM200 or
RM500 Cashback;
based on Promotion Tier (Table 2 & 3) throughout the Promotion Period, subject to the Cashback Allocation
(Table 4) on a first come first served basis.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Cashback Capping”).

Meaning we can get cashback each month during the campaign right? ie spending RM5k in 3 separate months and I will get RM500 x 3 cashback?!

Yeah, it's seems contradicting based on TnC mentioned, it's calendar month as I re-check.
But my experience tells me it's statement date for last year, however, I could be wrong if TnC might change recently.

All transactions above (Aug & Sep) were earning bonus points except TNB (Utility, 1x)

All eligible for 5x, all except TNB 1x only.
Foreign currency is 8x.

Total = 20992 pts
