yeap happen to me too, missed 1 month didn't swipe, but had many swipe in august and spent more than 20k, still need to manually call none 24hours hsbc CS to ask for waiver, then CS told me waiver will be reflected in next statement, so i got to pay 240 first...

oh yeah, didn't update here, was told by CS that will be reflect on next statement, but i received sms that waiver done and next day i saw the waiver posted online...

i also finally received mine on 16may, but not exact 8% cb, so i called to hsbc and was told to wait for june statement, lol, i feel something amiss, ask CS to send request for further checking instead to wait for june statement.

i asked the CB is it automated or manually calculated, she told me it's automated, then by right both my tesco tranx should entitled 8% CB as i already got more than 3k spent under retail tranx which meet the requirement

if by 27apr, the cb already depleted then my tranx on 20apr not tally, 255.95 x 8% = 20.47 but i'm getting 19.97...

you need to call hsbc to follow up on the lazada e-voucher

if apply via hsbc online should follow up with hsbc for the lazada voucher, unless you apply via other platform then you got to follow up with them...

mine was applied via hsbc so after i spent to meet the requirement i called up hsbc to follow up on my lazada rm500 voucher, that was 2 years ago
