Boss tus zenia probably is garden deck. The total size of 3466sf inclusive of the cp and smal yard area. Its more like a 2s cos the grd is cater for laundry or a guest room or a mininfamily area.

Once step out of car the 1st thg to do is exercise the legs by climbing to 1st flr which is the living dining n kitchen

Most of the 2 storey in DPC are a bit small ( not sure if it is because of the designs ) and unlike conventional link house , you cannot do extension to increase the build up space. So if you have more children and more budget , go for 3 storey better. My frd opt for 3 storey after checking around most of the houses in dpc and also he has the budget.

my friend now is facing this problem. the intercom is located at level 1. when the intercom rang, the old man can hardly ran up to pick up. the design is not suitable those with old people. level 1 is without toilet. then must either go level G or level 2.

they regretted getting that unit. now in the process of letting go and will get double storey in dpc.

Why not just do some wiring to make another intercom each flr???

Doable??? I dunno. I tok kok nia. It's cheaper option than changing unit.

Anw I remember 2s in dpc has intercom for each flr ori fr Dev.

Doesn't matter. I onli know when the time comes my 2x6 is same as urs and the depth shall be 6 ft under unless u choose to set urself on fire.
