Higher than level 15, u pay more maintenance fee smile.gif if u dont mind. Level 15th and below pay much lesser. smile.gif

From perspective of 3rd party, I would treat this as discrimination as lift usage not only about level but about frequency, number of ppl in the household etc and will be too complex just use level as rational to differentiate fee.

If I am the owner of the higher floors I surely will raise the issue during AGM so that JMB can explain their rational.

The latest Strata law seems to be quite completed. I'm fine but of cos still has rooms for improvement

I am kinda late but is there still unit available? I saw the promotion is up until 30 Nov 2016. Hope still valid. Cheers.

still ongoing kua...just go to the gallery at waterfront, dpc to get more info..

Looks like for the same price of 1.4mil or slightly more can get a landed unit in Adiva/Adora courtyard. Hmmmm, more choices for me now.

Adiva/Adora courtyard:

Pros:
- Landed, so access to park/car is nearer & faster
- Have own courtyard
- Immediate availability

Cons:
- Sub-sale, have to pay around 36k for stamp duty and close to 10k legal fees
- Not much view
- Rather small kitchen
- Lack of facilities compare to condo

Westside 3

Pros:
- Buy from developer, so save stamp duty & legal fees
- DPC view
- Current promotion & referral fees discount
- Better facilities

Cons:
- High floor, access to carpark may take longer
- Completion in 2019

Any tips/comments from bosses here? I am so undecided now. :/

Get landed boss. But at 1.4m onli limited units avail. Less than 5 I guess.
