Just went there this afternoon to 88. According to the SA, june 2015. Price RM720 psf (not confirm yet)

I am told to expect around 800psf for mid size at mid floor facing the west park.

If 720psf is the average price, then it means there are some units priced below 720psf? 650psf maybe?

Very very few units priced below the average price, and only big units and lower floors.

Higher floors and small/mid size pricing quite high, can buy westside two subsale already.

How much is westside II subsales now?

So, the final price will be >800psf for those standard unit?

Dun think too much. Its not gonna b a huge difference.

Eg.

1ksf @ 720psf lowest flr = 720,000

vs

1ksf @ 800psf mid flr = 800,000

Then do not mislead people by saying average is 720pf. They know the meaning of average or not?

If below 720psf I would get a type C corner unit very low floor facing the 40 meter lap pool, but it also facing the future westside 4.

Type A3 or B1 facing the west park and Central Park is nice too but price psf is much higher.

You know the meaning? Average 720psf not necessary means all unit price at 720psf. Some lower and some higher.

1ksf so small 2 rooms only got enough use meh? At least 1,400sf 3 rooms. At 720psf = 1mil. At 800psf = 1.1mil. Got difference or not? 1 mil also not easy to swallow for me.
