looks like type b is the best (IMHO only) because it comes with "dedicated" pathway entrance and next to sky gardens & 3/4 of the wall are not shared with the next unit.

BR3 looks odd shaped, it's weird and probably not much light as the window is small and hidden by a jutting wall. weird shape. |
