Boss, the master plan already in the sales gallery long time ago. Ppsb already well plan it since two three years ago. Only they can decide what to built

DPC is not launching that piece of land yet as it is highly likely that they can get better psf value once Arcadia is completed, hence the launch of WS3 situated on the other end.
