i just subscripted to relakks.... its not working for me.. i am still getiing only 10 - 15kbps..
wasting my money.....any idea how to tune it out ?

About Tuotu, I'm seeing something weird on my utorrent. I see a Shaw Cable Canadian ISP IP address but it resolves as tuotu with a USA flag? Weird. Client: BitComet.

Look at my pic/stats...bypassing the TMNut Throttle
 So few Seeds and I almost max out my D/load speed.  Hint The method I used is already listed here. It may not work for u but it worked for me. |

Luckily for me i download all my animes using paid FTP site. No headaches, no waking up at night to see the torrent progress, no worrying about disconnection when using Relakss. I think I just saves my electricity bill
Yeah luckily for me im using BT mostly to downloa anime. So f*** you lah tmnet for not giving me the change to download for free. |
