Lucky you. Will try next month. As for now, I go to the gym so I think I will collapse if doing IF 47:1🥴

Definitely will try IF once I lost some weight.

If i were you, will focus on building my solid base (IF) first. It will affect almost 85% rather than go to the gym or exercise. Start building up solid foundation first. After that take a long walk around your housing area. Lastly baru gym (Which only takes effect about less than 15%).

Also during eating window avoid all sugary foods (Big no no to all fast foods including Subway, Obrien and all sandwich fast foods). Diy your own food. Also no process food. Yup it's hard and mafan. If u want instant result here's your menu cry.gif

See you guys talk about IF really motivates me to pick it up again. Started with 16:8, today Day 3. Body still trying to adapt, getting hunger pangs on and off.

My style... eating window:
- Lunch - i'll eat what i want tongue.gif
- Dinner - healthy food (vege and protein, with minimal to no carbs)

Wish to make it more sustainable so i'll leave lunch as having a main meal consisting of what i'd like from the food court (average meal, not over eating).

Only doing 2x workout in a week these days due to busy work schedule.

Indeed. And $ saved from breakfast gives leeway to pay for a better dinner devil.gif the only thing is managing without food in the morning. Will adjust in time, but till then, maybe consider black coffee.

What you can do for now (Baby steps) try totally cut all colour drinks and only focus on plain water. Try this for 1 month. Then you can start to plan on food matter.

On that part i'm fine. Other than coffee, the occasional ocha or tea (no sugar), me no take sweet drinks. The occasional treat will be Coke Zero, Wine or cocktails when i drink socially.

I just do it as an experiment and if I lose some weight-that is a bonus😬
I manage to lose 3.7-3.8kg doing atkins in 10 days-combine with 16:8 IF for 5 days. Will give 23:1 a try-maybe once a week now😁

Wish u all the best for 72 hours journey-salute your spirit👍🏻

U can get more if you do dry fasting (Double effect for weight loss) 24 hours you can see yourself shrinking tongue.gif

Anyhoo better do research first. For me waterfasting works best for me. From 84kg drop to 68kg 3 months plus. I think if i do frequenly dry fasting can easily cut half console.gif

Dry fasting is like torture for me. So stick with water fasting hehehe

For dry fasting 13 to 14 hours is normal. Need to do more than 16 hours (18 hours to be safe) to burn existing body fats.

Water fasting suits almost everyone so nothing special here tongue.gif . This Thursday (on 12.15pm after my eating window) my team and I doing for 72 hours of water fasting. I think is a bout time to go beyond limit before coming raya tongue.gif
