How to pay ppa fees?
*
got this from PPA website
Annual Fees: RM 8 to be charged yearly per provider (not payable for the year the account was opened and on the year where there is no contribution).

so if you did not contribute for that year you don't need pay.
if you contribute RM 3000, the actual investment will be only RM 2992
hmm.gif if you contribute RM500 ea PER Provider, that means RM 8 x 6 = RM 48? sweat.gif

Btw, the 0.5% SC also applies today? When I try to test buy, still indicate 0.5%, same if i proceed to the next step of confirming my transaction...

hmm.gif if there is NO indication that it is for ONLY 10 Jan 2015, then they will have to honor it because it is in their website.

FSM advises to concentrate on PRS provider per calendar year to avoid multiple PPA charges.

My portfolio as at today is as below. After reading the blog from page 1 till current page, I think my portfolio is bit too much on Msia market. Can get advise what to take out and to put in ?

Current Portfolio

Kenanga Growth 60% (Cash 15% and EPF 85%)
PRS Hwang Aiiman and Kenanga 10%
Eastspring Small Cap 7%
Eastspring My Focus 5%
Eastspring Inv Equity Income 4%
Manulife India 4%

AMB Income Trust Fund 8%
RHB CMF2 2%

Maybe I m thinking to perform the following :

1) Sell the KGF (which purchased via cash 15%)
2) to buy CIMB Asia Pacific Dynamic Income
3) to buy Arbedeen Islamic World Equity
4) to buy CIMB Principal Global Titan
5) to buy Eastspring Inv Global Emerging Markets
6) to buy Hwang Select Ex Japan Quantum

any advise on this new porfolio? @pink spider can review mine portfolio? rclxub.gif

KGF and Eastspring My Focus are quite similar.
Eastspring Inv Equity Income and AMB Income Trust Fund are also quite similar.
Hwang Select Ex Japan Quantum is quite similar to Eastspring Small Cap but has wider mandate to Asia ex Japan region.
Your portfolio is very heavy in Malaysia.

If you have bullets, go ahead as they're targeting different regions.

2) to buy CIMB Asia Pacific Dynamic Income ---> Asia ex Japan
3) to buy Arbedeen Islamic World Equity ---> World but Shariah compliant
4) to buy CIMB Principal Global Titan ---> Developed markets (US, Europe, Japan)
5) to buy Eastspring Inv Global Emerging Markets ---> BRIC plus other significant EM markets

FSM downgraded US region to Neutral. FSM advised not to expect double digit return from US market.
