The reason i buy is because i need to move. Now look back at my earlier my purchase, the 2nd purchase has become purposeless. But those easy dispose / rent out type wont create trouble to me although i have change my initial plan..

Bro, both me and my wife just employee, not running business earn big buck. All purchase were just 300k++, just buy within our mean.

We do not have plan to purposely buy for invest, but we try to rent it out and keep it when we move.
