Yes, they are certainly in magical dreamland. It is so simple logic --> If everyone still has a job, it means home owners can service their bank loans. Why would people sell at a loss ? Look at the employment market now. Anybody is in risk of losing their job ?

The only way mass unemployment happens is when economic crisis strike malaysia. So many times we have economic crisis since 2007 sub-prime crisis, Euro crisis, Japan deflation etc etc but malaysia economy still going strong at +5% despite those above mentioned crisis. DDD never learned but still wait and wait and wait for the "right" time. Property already appreciated >100% since even it crash for 50% now still back to same price
