Not working hard on policy to help Bear2 Bulldozer property price meh ? I thought Bear2 & Ais Krim Boy says early next year got new policy to bulldozer property price 20-40% from current market price ?

He thinks the one paying 250K for house a decades ago is the same category paying 750K now, same income but Bank will borrow 3X more to same income group... Lol

10 years ago 3K income can borrow 250K but now Bank more generous, 3K income can borrow 750K, so sure cannot sustained & then bank will foreclosure the 750K property & sell for 250K, Bank deliberately making losses if 500K so that there can sue the owner for Bankruptcy, as it a payback for sin the owner committed for not listening to Icemanfx Prophecy...lol

Ice Cream Boy claimed next year will be disaster for property markets, just read from Property Talk project for 2015, there are 95 projects as at now launching next year, is this what they call market crashing ? some are Mega project with few thousands units launch per phase.

Expect another new records price, Maybe you need to scoops 1 billions scoop of ice cream or cooks 1 billion bowls of ramen just to afford downpayment. .. in short you can dream on till retirement. .kekekeke

Prima price max 400K only.

Ramah WIP better.

1.) Better location (All in KL area).
2.) Max price 300K
3.) Joint venture project (So no worry abandoned project)

Says who ? Many youngster in their 20s I know can afford a house, infact quite expensive house.

Offcoz their are also people near retirement still renting room.

So don't generalized, there are people who can afford there people who can't.

Just go to any new launch, you'll be surprised to see so many youngster buying 600K above house there like buying bubble tea..LOL

Offcoz some are born lucky to have strong back mountain like PAMA pay DP.

I disagree when you says market not favoring genuine buyer, you mean market not favoring dreamers, buy what you can afford, some people totally can't afford, find better job, earn better income, do part time job for extra income, not seating down & dream property price will drop to your favour.

I can easily find Apartment 250~280K within 15km from City Centre, is that not call affordable ? Many just dream of owning 600~800K property but only willing to pay 300~400K Offcoz that is not favoring them.

If you like to dream then there is another Property Bubble threads started by BearBearWong where few fellow is talking about dream whole day..lol
