BBW, actually AA shares also an inflated share price. It was never worth RM 2.9, not even RM 2.6 like now. However, people are still willing to pay RM 2.9 for it in the earlier days because they think that the price of it will continue to soar.

Buy at RM 2.38 or below. You should be able to flip it in 3-6 months time. Hopefully that would help in your housing fund.

Anyway SifuahBear I didn't bought AA share lah, I am still on my year end leave, I just ask you to buy as the Chinese word Ngai Kei meaning when there is a crisis there is opportunity come with it. see having says that AA share already on the rise.

This is same for property, buy when everyone is still in uncertainty, don't buy when everything is clear & certain, as then it would be expensive again.

But knowing your mentality you will buy when everyone says buy, then pay the highest price...
