Too late, when I called back the 60mm TB, item sold this morning. Quickly call the 1.6 TB+manifold, just to known the item has sold yesterday shortly after I left the place

QUOTE(wankel @ Dec 31 2014, 12:39 PM) It's all a mystery to me, I haven't noticed any delay, and with IAFM+ I also don't notice a torque dip, are the 1.6 as I have different to the 1.3 in throttle response? Hardly noticeable on CVT as the clutch timing has already delayed for a second before your car move forward On a Kampro, you jap the throttle twice, it only responded you once. Many occasion, especially heel & town downshift, usually the RPM doesn't get raised on time, as soon as we release the clutch pedal, all of a sudden the delayed signal push the RPM up. On a normal situation, the car jerk forward and the driver got scared for awhile. On an unfortunate circumstances...spin/eat grass/strike the wall/goes to opposite traffic |

QUOTE(wankel @ Dec 31 2014, 02:04 PM) Thank you David, I suppose you learn to adapt but it appears a bit of a pain. Here's a short Malaysia automotive industry history lesson for youDriving a CVT puts me in a relaxed mode so I haven't really noticed. BTW I found my first real sort of fault today, the wiring plug into the ABS unit wasn't clipped down, looking at a photo I took on the day of purchase showed it wasn't in properly even back then. It's really something that quality control should pick up but hasn't caused me any angst. PROTON stands for Powerwindow Rosak? Oh Tidak Oh No, since 1985 the 1st Ploton rolled out of factory, we've been facing power window issue all these while, until 2008 the 1st GaGa rolled out from Plotong factory with a tag line of POWER WINDOW LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!! An old saying goes, wanna buy quality, stay away from Plotong. I guess that's where they put up a 5 years road assist program for all the export models because they've been expecting cars breakdown by the road side p/s: after many moon following our posts, I believe you already got used to our language used. Rosak = faulty. Tidak = impossible This post has been edited by davidke20: Dec 31 2014, 03:08 PM |

QUOTE(drfeelgood @ Jan 1 2015, 08:54 AM) Unker... no need throttle body all.. Ady called that reseller, they say they got good review from VIOS 1600cc. The trouble is, until today I still couldn't find a VIOS came with 1.6 just yet. I'm tempting, and willing to sell all my cars just to buy that VIOS 1.6, so I can plonk horse power increase sticker to it and start making killer drags whilst save fuel.No need buy vios. Just call your local magician hai o fella and buy this. CON9LAN7FIRM HP increase 25%, Petrol Consumptiom reduce 50%, kerb weight reduce 25%, engine heat reduce 50% and ANYBODY CAN TOUCH AND MOLEST YOUR EXHAUST PIPE. |

QUOTE(diehardfans @ Jan 2 2015, 01:49 AM) anyone facing saga blm alarm problem? Check cabin lamp switch position is in place. Sometimes pointing in between ON and DOOR will have this issue. Mine will, I'm not sure yours. My neighbor's BLM has the same issue as it's freaking annoying almost every morning 4~5am sure the damn thing will set off. Every morning 4~5am sure there's 5 houses lite up go out & press their remote fob to disarm their car(including mine until I changed horn, because no longer sound alike). Told the car involved, went in clean it's cabin lamp switch contact point then no more problem until today almost 3 years liao.when I go out and parking at open space(open air) more than 3 hours sure alarm auto trigger and sound up the whole world. It happens not once but very frequent. It won't when it is at home....... Also, heard of another issue from kawan, parking in door no problem, park out door sure will auto trigger alarm every few hours. Check cabin lamp also no use, continue to sound alarm. Ended up before giving up the alarm module wanna redo the whole thing, went & disconnect alarm module at the trunk time suddenly triggered alarm. Found out the wiring harness socket loosen liao, alarm module thought door was opened. Clean it with electrionic contact cleaner spray, put a slice of paper on the socket buckle as gasket, plonk back then no more issue liao. Hope this help |
