QUOTE(tysmiracle @ Feb 9 2015, 10:34 PM) Hai, I know that i ask a lot about everything already, I'm sorry. But I really do need help with my rear brake, I've just change brake pump, and service the rear drum brake and clean already. But now whenever I brake, it have a VERY VERY loud disc scratching sound, what should I do? Have you check the front brake pads? If you're certain the noise is from the back, get magician to open up the rear hub and see whether the brake shoe has been soak with brake fluid when previously brake pump jammed, hydraulic fluid could have leak and soak into the brake shoe. If that's the case, give it a few weeks time to dry off, rest assured braking is deteriorate. It is advised to change the brake shoe as well. |

QUOTE(drfeelgood @ Feb 10 2015, 10:04 PM) Its true ma... US rating is different. RON91 is minimal compatible, for our crapro engine as long unleaded R91 is minimum compatible fuel. With higher RON may not benefit on performance, will do no harm, but will bring other benefits such as cleaner environment/extend engine oil life(due to low residue)/cleaner exhaust/extend catcon life and many others. I believe no one would ever be so "clever" go and dyno with a rubbish car to see R95 and R97 fuel performance.Even in USA still using ron88 In Thailand premium fuel is ron95 Singapore still selling ron92 It is true back in the older days where we still selling RED dye R92 fuel, my fuel filter is clogged up regularly. I'll have to clean my carburetor like every month, otherwise will sure see red runnings at the bell mouth. If down to 3 months no carb cleaning, will see sludges built around the intakes. So, I do believe current R95 is cleaner(or probably yellow dye is unnoticeable QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Feb 10 2015, 10:17 PM) One prominent member in the internet world got burned badly (in the internet world of coz) today and it was partly due to 97 vs 95 discussion too. Agree. Got link ar, would like to read about it So, why play with petrol near a fire? QUOTE(wankel @ Feb 10 2015, 10:26 PM) In the land of USA where almost everything is measured differently to the rest of the world, fuel is of course rated differently, they use a MON (Motor Octane Rating) which means a smaller number than the RON rating we're used to. Your home boy said otherwise 91 RON is the standard fuel available in Australia, which means anything Euro and Proton desire a more premium brew, 95 and 98 RON are commonly available but cost a painful amount extra, myself being cheap use an ethanol blend that adds a few RON points and is even priced less than the standard 91 it's mixed with but should result in poorer economy due to ethanol containing less energy. |

QUOTE(drfeelgood @ Feb 11 2015, 08:58 AM) Are you voicing out for unfairness? And who told you there's a fair chance in life? The only thing that's fair to everyone is death. Instead of resentment, might as well turn it to be energy. Who knows 1 day mods/admin could be your customer? |

Many things that the local competitor P2 has to offer, which hardly can get from Plotong.
1) Timing chain(maintenance free so to speak) 2) Good fuel efficiency 14km/l on the proud MyV1 (compare to driving a tank GaGa 13km/l) 3) Handling(basically understeer and oversteer in 1 small package) turning slow, it go understeer due to short wheel base, turning fast it goes oversteer. When try to counter steer it, can fly! 4) Good resell value. A 2005 MyV1 still can sell 18k. A same year LMST can hardly touch 7k 5) Cik magnet just like a Toyolda Vios 6) Can up capacity to 1600 when use JTX product |

I drink whisky/brandy I like to drink beer, some people like Wine. I can't say Wine drinker is wasting their money because it is their choice. People's money, how they want to use it, we have no right to judge. |
