agreed on this, hence the wet grip may be not up to expectation to some; however i've only had pulls with speeds exceeding 100-120kph so it's more of my own user problem also
i'd still be more confident with 4 grooves over xm2's 3 grooves though
What groove?

CC5 only managed to survive a few months on my car. Too woobly feels like the car gonna kneel down on every konar Especially during Melaka laksa TT time, my car was like 180kph gliding all the way before catching up with u guys after I peed on PEDAS/LINGGI R&R
Certainly made me look, I take it that would be on that lovely looking and affordable toll road. Toll roads are not something that's an option for me, the nearest is ~1400 km away and none of them accept cash, running as somewhat an account scheme, something that's pointless at our distance away. Is this 180 km/h to be done (which I've seen a few times on youtube) with the 1.3l model that has a claimed top speed of 155 km/h? Proton don't do themselves any favours by being conservative with quoted figures, boy racer wannabies love numbers to drool over.
Boyracers prefer under declared, over delivered kinda achievement Mine is manual transmission, so nothing to shout about. Once touched 190kph but that's it. My wife is the person who oftenly goes beyond 160kph without knowing However, kenjilew is the 1 who told us he managed to touch 200kph.
p/s: we've got enough toll road here everywhere. from my house to my work place is 14km, need to pay 1.60/trip

PETALING JAYA: If it’s time to get a new set of tyres for your car, there is reason to cheer.
Prices have come down by quite a bit, with some expensive imported models also now within “reach”.
There is no definite reason given for this, but many tyre shop owners cited falling rubber prices and the coming GST tax for it.
Tyre-shop owner Chin Wai Hong said prices have fallen by between 10% and 15% since September last year.
“I’ve been in the industry for 30 years and have never experienced such a big drop in tyre prices,” he said when met at his shop in Sea Park here yesterday.
Chin said he did not dare hold on to his tyre stock for long due to the decline in prices.
“I don’t want to be buying at a higher price and selling it low. That is why I replenish my stock only when necessary,” he said.
An assistant at the Hin Leong Tyre Shop in Klang said competition was getting more intense among tyre manufacturers.
“From now till Chinese New Year, tyre prices are going to come down. I advise those wanting to get a new set of tyres to take advantage of lower prices now,” she added.
Lim Soo Guan, who owns a tyre shop in USJ, said tyre prices would see a further drop with the implementation of GST.
“Many are speculating that import duty for tyres will drop further starting April 1. That is why manufacturers are trying to push off their stocks now,” he said, adding that he was forced to sell part of his tyre stock at a loss due to the price drop.
Lim said some of the more expensive imported tyres that cost RM500 were now priced at about RM420.
A manager of a retail tyre shop in SS2 also said prices of several tyre brands had dropped, saying the range in drop depended on the size and year of production.
Motorist Jason Ong said he was surprised to find out about the price drop when he went to get his tyres replaced at Hin Leong.
“Tyre prices are generally much cheaper in Klang. I was doubly pleased when I got my Japan-made Toyo C1S tyres for a much lower price,” he added.

Dont really like the 13" tyres & steel rims that come with the Saga SV, planning to change it to something a bit bigger and better rims. Have a few questions for the sifus here hope you all can help
1) Will my 2-year warranty void if I change before the warranty gone? (can wait if I have to) 2) Anyone know any good tyre shops in the Puchong area? 3) Agak how much the total cost of changing the rims? I alry estimate the tyres will cost around RM275 p/pc.
1) Yes it will void every single thing's woranti as long it's connected to the wheel. If fuzzy SC, they'll even claim your wheel changed that causes the radio rosak.
2) kenjilew
3) Cekai taiwan rim around 800/set for normal 14"15". Original rim, try the big G, atleast thousand and above for the same 14"15". Tyre is relatively cheap, RM275 can buy ULTRA tayar jor. Yoko Advan DB also can I think. Need to wait until nestum cum bek from piap² trip only know the answer or may be wait for kenjilew to answer.

Just now went to Shell for Vpower RON97, saw the pump stated 'Vpower Racing' without '97', i thought is normal 97 (I don know that Shell station got Vpower Racing), slot in credit card and pump without looking at the price. 3 minutes later i saw the pump in front of my pump got stated 'Vpower 97', glance at my pump, WTF, RM2.51/L, too late the pump trigger stop, means i adi pump in full tank of Vpower Racing. OMG.
So ma car have a good dinner tonight and i'm gonna diet for tonight due to RM12 lost.
Can anyone explain, sc quoted respray bumper, for flx is 350, for flx Se is 250.
Something wrong.....
Nothing wrong, normal FLX bamper painted area is larger than FLX SE bamper, which came together with the lower skirting that covered almost 20% of the "diffuser" area.
