The saddest way to end my 2014 cry.gif Even sadder part is it's never been dropped, and has been a good bumper case from Spigen from day 1. Anyone else experiencing this hairline crack issue? No scuff no dent, it just happened. This ain't no ghost story yo

Just happened? Gosh, that is weird. I wonder how you are gonna claim warranty coz looking at the crack, they may claim you have dropped it before...

I suggest you ask them to just process and send the phone rather than wait for it to be refunded.

Already on the way, they sent me the UPS tracking code last night. Checked this morning, it was at Shah Alam by 7am.

Use your friends air family's card? Avoid using CIMB credit card as it has border charges.
Worse comes to worst, if you need help, I can help you to purchase but you pay me first lol tongue.gif  laugh.gif
Yes, buy from online. The time you will be spending to hunt those shops is wiser to be spent with just a few clicks on Apple Online. I have bought 5 units now and all are good.  biggrin.gif

*Ouch* . Could be a bump especially on the corner of the screen which cause this. However your best option right now would be to send it back to authorized Apple Service centres to get it repaired. I've heard that it would cost around rm1.2k to replace the screen. I would not suggest you got repair it with outside repairers though as the screen may not be original.

Wah..
I was informed that single hairline is under warranty. Just go to Apple Authorised Service Centre.
Here is the reference :

If u have more than a hairline, it's considered accident which not covered under warranty.

Yeah, thanks for all the help getting it. notworthy.gif

Now currently on the hunt for proper protection. I think I made a mistake ordering the silicone case from Apple. I very much prefer a full-coverage skin.

Im using the normal see through backcovers from ROCK. There are cheap and shows of the shape and contours of the Iphones well. Whatever you buy, make sure you get those that covers the back camera as the camera is "outside" the phone. You will get what I mean when you get the phone later.

My friend's iPhone 6 has a quite deep scratch on the tempered glass protector. She didn't drop the phone or knock on anything. She always holds the phone in her hands. Just happened last night. sweat.gif doh.gif

Every Sp manufacturer and seller claims their Glass Sp is tough enough to protect the screen. We will see how true is that when your friend opens up the glass sp.

I also asked her the same thing but she said shouldn't be.
