You are wrong on this point. Many people think documents without stamping is invalid or not legal binding effect. An agreement when signed by both parties, regardless whether it has been stamped or not, the contract is valid and binding. However, if without stamping, it will become an issue when there is a dispute and you want to tender the document as evidence in the court.

There have been many decided court cases whereby the courts have consistently held that the date to calculate the interest for late delivery of vacant possession is from the date of the Developer received the booking fee.

Heard that 9/4 only open for those booking with cheque . How about the existing buyers of block C and D? ?

i think sales gallery still open for viewing, just choosing unit is for who had booked previously and first come first serve.

Have they checked the spec and design on actual unit? Later pay 400k for a flat design similar product. Just book bcoz of low price/sqft.... Developer may give you low contruction/sqft product...
