not only it's too high density but surrounding gonna have alots new developments. u wil be surprised with the density soon.

Wahh, ppl would do anything for some money, huh? Effective trick to create the hype? Later the developer say "we have sold xx% over the weekend for the launch. Ppl even started queuing since x days before the official launch date itself"
