Can't imagine how a non water-tight lift shaft managed to get approvals from JKKP and Bomba. It's either they got lucky that the inspections were done during non-raining season or..."u help me, i help u" tongue.gif

Looking at the pics and videos, this building has some serious leaking issues. Developer architecture and m&e supervision team must have been sleeping.

Very likely. It's either there are several pipes choked or the top floors service lobby not well protected from rainwater flowing in.

Even same contractor, their quality can differ from site to site. Might be different project management teams, might be different subcons, different workers. But having said that, the onus is still on the developers to ensure the build quality because they are the ones responsible to their purchasers
