QUOTE(Jam3s7 @ Apr 5 2016, 02:21 PM) Guys, the law itself is very clear that the date to calculate the interest for late delivery of vacant possession shall start from the date when they received our booking fee. It is not the date of the SPA. Is this prop under HDA? I thought props under HDA, the date for VP is referring to the date of the SPA itself.

QUOTE(LTG @ Apr 7 2016, 02:43 PM) Wahh, ppl would do anything for some money, huh? Effective trick to create the hype? Later the developer say "we have sold xx% over the weekend for the launch. Ppl even started queuing since x days before the official launch date itself"

Can't imagine how a non water-tight lift shaft managed to get approvals from JKKP and Bomba. It's either they got lucky that the inspections were done during non-raining season or..."u help me, i help u" Looking at the pics and videos, this building has some serious leaking issues. Developer architecture and m&e supervision team must have been sleeping. This post has been edited by 8sg9ft: Jun 12 2019, 11:26 AM

QUOTE(MrBlackie33 @ Jun 12 2019, 11:25 AM) so i suspect its the burst of piping and water flow into lift shaft haha Very likely. It's either there are several pipes choked or the top floors service lobby not well protected from rainwater flowing in.

Even same contractor, their quality can differ from site to site. Might be different project management teams, might be different subcons, different workers. But having said that, the onus is still on the developers to ensure the build quality because they are the ones responsible to their purchasers

Again, why blame main con? Who is responsible to the purchasers? Main con?

QUOTE(coolguy99 @ Aug 4 2019, 08:49 PM) Actually from the outside and the facilities floor henge looks super awesome. Why is the residents not satisfied. If ur unit gets flooded and water enters the elevators during a heavy thunderstorm and can’t be used the next few days, will u be satisfied?
