Material increase, your Deputy Prime Minister cannot send in 1.5billion bangladesh under his croni company, definitely build cost sure increase. They some more increase bangladesh head cukai...there is no reason to decrease house price...wake up!

Based on latest re-calibrated budget, now any Rumawip or Kepongmas only be sold after 10yrs to those who also first home buyer who has low income. While The Henge based on market value price sell anytime.

So in other words all the speculators will die ady.

Since gov doesn't wanna put in more budget to build affordable homes, this is a way for them to recycle affordable homes by capping it's price at 300k despite 10 years later so lower income group can still afford it.

Am I right?

Bingo! Sell out the land let developer build two diff types of projects while garmen correct back all land + door assessments at the end of the day from this total high dense comprises of 1472 units. This is the win-win situation garmen helps rakyat & in return rakyat gonna help back garmen. "You help me, I help u" sounds familiar? MRT nearby also helps to improve our country gross domestic product. That's the reason ppl berebut-rebut investing on it.

haha, I never expected it to decrease price. i think the 1.5million bangladesh is just a matter of time before they come in. blink.gif

i forgot where I read it from. It can be sold anytime actually but by reducing profit rate. It's something like this, if you sell at first year, 90% profit go to government, 2nd year 80%, 3rd year 70%, and goes on till 0%. dry.gif

I remember 1100sf rm550k++ in middle high floor
over rm600k for 1300sf
This is before rebate.

5% + 20k cash rebate and free all legal & stamp duty.

Package seems like not bad, but SA told me the offer only available before showroom open.
