Not dun wan release i think for my specific floors that 95/100 all taken remaining 5 is not because waiting EPF letter from developer only can give S&P my lawyer told me.

Last Friday call developer but they said not yet signed by three VIP person, Tan Sri Eddie Chai, his son Michael Chai & mau lei Mr. Kew the mau lei manager. She said they will move to Old Klang Load Batu Lima last Sat which is two days ago. Will follow up for me.

because your phase 2 price increased(min 530k) compared to phase 1 min 445k(7th floor), hence developer give u more discount than phase 1 but they still earn one.

Bro, you are right. Just see Kuchai Lama for example, got development only will property price increase. Until now no place develop already. Vice versa. if no development at your area, your property would not increase mar.

Wawasan lower price, loan easily approved if low income or high commitment. But any kind if ppl might see based on level types of buyer. Compared to The Henge medium type level of buyer. Anyhow with three blocks building of 42 floors most likely not as high dense as The Henge & limited facilities maybe (uncertain)? Management fee may increase in future due to three blocks only?

Heard from tv news their another project is soon completed on Jul this year is it true this year? Can take key nx month really? Or I heard wrongly shud be nz yr? Maybe can check hows their 1st project workmanship...can someone expert advise? Probably agents?
