Last week called but dev told pending Datuk Bandar sign. Called agaib this morning ask & mine one got signed by DBKL Datuk Bandar dy. Now, pending Sinerjuta's Director sign it. Will get my S&P copy probably next middle month 15May2016. Informed by that mau lei The Henge manager "Mr. Kill" piss off me hanging up my phone. Managed to get an answer that it is impossible for me to get MyDeposit as my S&P has already signed. They dev not allow to amend S&P to put the Term & Conditin so that not to sell within 10yrs as mau lei said it is Standard S&P. Mau Lei repeats three times to me. Damn you mau lei "mr. Kill "
@Tiaso, u need know that :
1.) 1st apply MyDeposit & if ur result is "layak" then
2.) Get the surat tawaran from MyDeposit & proceed to sign S&P from dev within 30days from surat tawaran date.
3.) Last step only apply house loan.
4.) Wait your results.

The entire process is actually "Terbalik" to what people normally does. What if loan reject and we have paid our booking fees? It's gonna take long to time for 100% refund as dev or sales agent agency play taichi on this against you. So, you gonna wait wait wait, wait wait wait...this benefits who? Think...

Yes, applied but disqualified i guess. S&P is is signed but not stamp yet.

Correct ifwith condition bank loan rejected by two banks then 100% fully refund. Else forfeited if u yourself dont eant to go. Because of this, I advice many young ppl, apply loan 1st dont book 1st. Also if can, go Bank Negara Malaysia yourself print out your CCRIS & also buy CTOS $10 online. Check to confirm 1st your financial status before apply bank loan. Then proceed to pay booking fee. Developer & agent dun care ur ccris, they want their unit sell out & agent want their commission only.

The entire terbalik process is just benefit them only. Understand bro?

Developer told DBKL signed dy, waiting The Henge director sign & targeted mid of May nx month will get it after stamped by lawyer.

Ur worry is redundant. This develop got dunno how many million or billion finance support from Maybank. They don't want hold so long, will complete in time. How they going to arrange their other MAS projects. Maximum also 54 months before being penalty so what u scare about?

U then ma believe garmen got subsidy ppl for their first home mydeposit lor. Bank not simply approve dev or buyers loan geh. Those only with good repayment profile. U dun trust the dev also trust the calculative bank larr aiyo...good nite lah

You are right... But combine name waste quota not combine can't manage to loan. This is reality today. Ppl just buy for investment & rent out if high dense issue. If can't afford landed just own stay larr. Ppl got money already stay landed marr but mayb affordable landed outskirt a bit la. Else may opt for monthly $3000++ like Parkhil Bukit Jalil... Qi Xin... Sot sot dei one... Rather i spend it for landed. Bukan?

My relative gets UOB said good service wor. I got PBB 4.45% but force u to buy MRTA into the loan if not will raise the interest if no buy. I check just monthly $20++ diff then ma take their offer lor. Heard that RHB loan flexible a bit & they optional to buy MRTA as well as UOB. But quite lansi dun wan lpan u if u got 1 black record. I prefer PBB as nearby Henge got one PBB branch & chinese reputable bank. I dont like amanah islamic thingy.

Better u check with MBB 1st whether compulsory to buy MRTA or not. If not u gonna spend another $7k-$8k for MRTA based on your loan tenure.

It's 54 months bro not 52months but was told by mau lei that "Q" manager it will be completed earlier. Duno how true is it. To be exact, what Q told last time is lot no. of the land given wrongly as there are KepongMas & The Henge. Hence, they go re-apply. Those signed on August last year really wait neck long .

Heard from my lawyer, this coming Friday or next Monday.

Phase 2 no need wait like phase 1 that long. Since they got the land title already. Waiting stamping this week my lawbak said.

U finished pay mau lei developer 10%? They drag us so long, it's time to drag them back larr... Give some face they see our face merr.

My lawyer confirmed with me just now they take it to do stamping on tomorrow. Probably tmr can get larr else Monday lor... Aiyo waiting for quite some while dy... Wait 1 or 2 days also nvm larr.. Now is they wait us. We are King now. Lol
