No wonder Kepong property not so up drastically like other city does... Rupa-rupa nya bcos if this reason...Actually ppl nowadays in KL doesn't count leasthold or freehold. Could it because mostly bumiputra got more family members and as a buyer they wish their property can be inherited to their cucu-cicik only got this kind of thinking among... I don't know, i trying to understand better here. Correct me if I am wrong ya. Tq
