The main concern still.... 3000 residences.........and only 1 road go in....along the road there will be fortune park (300+- residences) + fortune perdana (576 residences + 36 shop office ) , just imagine the congestion.

It's ok for congestion, but the point is where to find 450k new condo in kepong now? even the fortune perdana now also selling 550k in secondary market. It's affordable in KL area to win more

I thought the developer has agreed to build another exit road directly to MRR2?

Can anyone confirm on this?

Actually dont want share here (later need to answer many question) but since you said is the main concern of the access road,

There will be second Access & Exit road connectivity with MRR2

Actually is not direct access to MRR2, it just upgrade the existing junction under the flyover. those who stay in kepong are will know the road is exist but just only for motorbike.

Yea thats why i said, you need a house for own stay, feel free to do it.
For investment? Rent upon completion? you have to compete with 1000++ units over there.

Yes.
Just just upgrade the traffic light system. Pity to selayang people n other using the existing junction need to hav longer waiting time in future.

Based on the picture above, MRT Kepong station will located right infront of Jusco T-junction.
(Roughly located at the words " To Petaling Jaya" there)
MRT Kepong baru station will located at the words " To KL" there in the map)
So there will be 2 MRT stations in Kepong.
If you want to walk from the henge to take MRT, you have to walk approximately 15min.

My view on Lakeville?
Bro, take some time go and visit the sales gallery, see the location yourself.
Go feel it yourself
Whatever I liked might not the same for you.
You like the house, you would like to own a house for own stay, you suka you beli.
Personally, I dont like it.
Main concern for me still the air there..
Imagine a lake with a round clock figure
2oclock = rubbish dump
10oclock = the future KL incinerator that located inside jinjang will be opposite you.
and lakeville at 6oclock..
I got serious nose allergy..jangan main....

Have to pick one between henge or lakeville
I will pick henge ba...
Price cheaper
Environment better, taman metropolitan just next to you
Location good, easy access to alot good Kepong food. hahaha
Kepong not so jam if you know how to go tru those small roads
Lakeville you can only go jalan kuching...cant pusing here and there.
I dont know much about henge developer, but Mahsing.. Big name, listed company woww...
But I scare scare.........
If you got do some homework then you know I know lo.

But at the end it still up to your preference, if you think this is not an issue, and you like the house, feel free to buy it for ownstay.

So I can imagine next time
The henge shoplot not enough parking, all park roadside
and then 1 lane masuk 1 lane out only
macam kepong old street. Siao one the authority who approve the project at that place...

2 lane masuk and keluar? so they will also make the road that leads to the henge extend it from 1lane to 2lanes each?
