3000 residences upon completion.. I stayed at Metro Prima for almost 10 years.
Just take a ride go and feel the road condition at the current stage and imagine the road congestion few years later. But good news is there will be 2 MRT station right infront Metro Prima.

Conclusion : Buy for own stay, feel free to do it as long as you liked it
Buy for investment? Well I dont want jeopardize the opportunities of my fellow agents here, but do your due diligence well before committing.

The WHITE colour line is the only road you can masuk. Imagine it, 3000 residences with how many cars...
The shoplots around Petronas already lack of parking spaces now, see also pening kepala.
Not to mentioned that, the henge is located right next to a remote control car track. You know those track where ppl play remote control sports car.

I stayed right infront the henge. So every sunday morning i can listen Formula one remote control car racing sound.
hahaha fun thou. Since the henge is a high rise projects, i guess the sound is not an issue yet you can enjoy car racing from your house.

The main concern still.... 3000 residences.........and only 1 road go in....along the road there will be fortune park (300+- residences) + fortune perdana (576 residences + 36 shop office ) , just imagine the congestion.

Based on the picture above, MRT Kepong station will located right infront of Jusco T-junction.
(Roughly located at the words " To Petaling Jaya" there)
MRT Kepong baru station will located at the words " To KL" there in the map)
So there will be 2 MRT stations in Kepong.
If you want to walk from the henge to take MRT, you have to walk approximately 15min.

My view on Lakeville?

You like the house, you would like to own a house for own stay, you suka you beli.
Personally, I dont like it.
Main concern for me still the air there..
Imagine a lake with a round clock figure
2oclock = rubbish dump
10oclock = the future KL incinerator that located inside jinjang will be opposite you.
and lakeville at 6oclock..
I got serious nose allergy..jangan main....

Have to pick one between henge or lakeville

Environment better, taman metropolitan just next to you
Location good, easy access to alot good Kepong food. hahaha
Kepong not so jam if you know how to go tru those small roads
Lakeville you can only go jalan kuching...cant pusing here and there.
I dont know much about henge developer, but Mahsing.. Big name, listed company woww...
But I scare scare.........
If you got do some homework then you know I know lo.

But at the end it still up to your preference, if you think this is not an issue, and you like the house, feel free to buy it for ownstay.
Just take a ride go and visit their site haha.

As long as you like it, you can buy it. This is a project that for someone who looking a HOUSE, a place to STAY. not investment material thou.
Plan to rent upon VP? Opposite the henge, Fortune Park terrace home 2100 sf renting 1800 ~ 2000 per month right now, how much you want to rent your condo?
Not to mention you are competing with the other 1500 units.

This project is cheap and near to KL. So it's not that bad in my opinion.
